Ryan Vatan
Since 2016 Ryan has been working in college counseling helping students manage their GPA, decide on college/major choices, and navigate the complicated process of college applications, from extracurriculars to admissions essays and everything in-between.
Ryan is tremendously proud that many of his students have been accepted into some of the most unique and competitive institutions in the world. From all of the Ivies and UC’s to art schools, conservatories, and the country’s best military academies, my students have successfully been able to lay the foundations for their educational careers.
The number of options students face today is overwhelming. Together, however, Ryan and an appropriately motivated student can cut through the anxiety of choice and set clear targets for future accomplishments. It is crucial for him that his students don’t experience the college application process as only stressful - but as an exciting time of opportunity to make important life decisions.
Ryan is a fantasy/sci-fi reading, DND playing, certified Advanced Open Water Diver, backpacking enthusiast, history buff, and cultural explorer. He spends what free time he has left working with the The Orange County LGBT Center and the International Rescue Committee, helping ensure that those who need it most have access to higher education.
